First off let me say THANKYOU Anet!
Second it took me 1/2 an hour to fill storage with all the stuff my toons have been carting around. Now I'm back to the point where I'm starting to fill up my toons again LOL. Now I have to wait for GW:EN for more storage. Does it matter? Not in the slightest. This was a welcome addition to the game.
What did matter was the Soul Reaping.... Oh wait sorry wrong thread to moan in LOL.

Well since it bothers me not to have room, I didn't fill up any of the new storage tabs yet. I also have no mules, I don't keep things that are useless unless I have unlimited room.

I like the new storage. Sure, it would have been nice if had taken their large team of full-time programmers less than two years to implement this simpler-than-child's-play change, but it's nice to finally have it.

Didn't delete any of my 5 mules. Rather, I used the room to put stuff that was on the characters I'm playing recently. Now I can pick up more than one bag's worth of stuff again! WOOOHOOO!

I filled my storage almost completely (I think only 4-6 slots available) and managed to delete two of my mules. I still have one mule that is pretty full, but what are you going to do I really like having the extra char slots though and I may actually try out a new class as a result

I still have a couple mules for rares and such, but the storage upgrade really helps in switching alot of items fast between characters for me. So does any one else use thier heroes for storage? my mules have mules for storing stuff lol.

What a useless thread. No offense meant, honestly, it really is useless lol.
Well it was a matter of time before someone started complaining about it again, for whatever reason.

Ok... sorry, but since someone puts the words "too much storage" together sounds like a complaint.
Anyway, as far as my storage is concerned, it is almost full by now. xD So yeah, I still keep the old habits of saving space. The old storage was really small, but I mean strangely small. I never figured why would they not put a decent size since the beginning but who knows, right?

Filled mine.
My 'mules' are more accurately 'characters that I'm kinda tired of playing temporarily'. I haven't created a character just to be a mule.

My storage is close to full, and I have 1 mule for trading.
To be honest.. what the hell are you stockpiling that makes you need the FULL new and improved storage plus 2-5 Pack Mules. Unless you are really into having stacks of every item dropped in GW.

My warrior took up most of the new space with his armors, weapons, etc.

It's not really that hard.
My storage is as follows:
panel 1 is immediate use stuff. Basically a few ident kits, salvage kits, expert salvage kits, quest rewards (kournan coins, trade contracts, etc), trade items I farm (currently char hides while farming for eggs), keys, and anything I know I currently need to swap around. I think I new have two or three slots
panel 2 is weapons. Some are waiting for a character to unlock the hero, some are for a character but are special purpose. I have ten characters - it isn't hard to acumulate weapons. For a melee'er that farms you need at least a physical, an elemental, zealous, vampiric, and normally a furious mod. Those weapons usually have other mods than what you normally play with - and there you will need at least one physical and on elemental so there is 6 weapons/char and that is assuming that you are happy with any old postfix (I normally at least have on +20% enchant and one +armor). Casters need a staff or wand/offhand for each attribute line you play. I keep armors on characters - though the only ones I have special armors for are 55 builds and a 130hp Dervish. Also includes candy cane weapons. This panel is full and uses part of panel 3
panel 3 is weapon upgrades. Right now a pretty decent stock of "highly salvageable" inscriptions. I have a few max mods like +20% to enchant axe that will eventually get used when I finally get a skin I really like. The rest is full of weapons, no free slots.
Panel 4 is misc items. Fireworks, transformation tonics, alcohol, naga pelts, chunks of drake flesh, etc (I keep a few of those two just in case I feel like re-rolling a character). I have two slots free.
So storage is full., My "mains" carry around a set of armor and a few weapons that they may need - that usually fills the last 10 slots - that would be nice to put in storage as they are swaped pre-mission and only there because I do not have room elsewhere. I also have random junk I find neat - gwen items, Zehtuka's crap, a banana scythe, and other such things that are on a mule.
So, yea, easy to fill and not really being a pack rat. No hats, no weapons or upgrades I *may* want to use someday (and I have merched a few that I regret), no non-max upgrades I will find useful, pretty much everything in use. The non-use pack rat stuff fills around ten slot or so.
I probably logged into my old mules at least once a week to swap stuff around, now all the used stuff fits in storage - so yes I am VERY happy with this. That and I didn't have any true "mule" - just characters I rarely played and didn't mind their storage being full. I rather suspect some will get more play due to this also, I hated not having enough storage to pick up all drops from a mission/quest.

Filled up. One is with keys and dyes. Another I have my bow collection and the 3rd is hero weapons. The fourth is still used to transfer stuff to my other mules. I only deleted one mule. I'm not complaining tho, I'm very grateful for this extra, easy to access storage space.

Im going to miss my mule because im obliterating her and possibly making a Rit out of that char slot. I however wont miss moving around characters to get items that i wanted now that i can get them from storage. My storage is almost full i have like 5 slots left which is perfect.

Mine's filled and I still have a mule. :: blush ::
But a lot of that is that I'm sitting on a lot of holiday items. And my mesmer's armor. I'm right now in the process of selling stuff like mad to get stuff out, but it's taking a while to get everything.
So for me, nothing has changed, I just have one mule instead of two, and most of the characters I play have their inventories down to the basics. Finally.

More slots = more excuses to fill with junk we might think that are worth anything =P. No matter how big they make it, people will always need more.
